Terms of Use
Please read these terms before using IPO Advisor. By using the app, you agree to them.
1. What IPO Advisor is.
IPO Advisor is an informational and research tool published by Genesis Quant. It presents calibrated, advisory views on Indian mainboard IPOs to help you conduct your own research. It is a software tool, not a person and not a service that manages money.
2. Not financial advice.
IPO Advisor does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Genesis Quant is not a registered investment adviser or broker. Nothing in the app is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security. The app's outputs are estimates and context for your own research — not instructions and not assurances.
3. No guarantees.
A calibrated probability is an estimate, not a promise. Even a well-calibrated view is wrong a share of the time. Past performance and historical accuracy do not guarantee future results. IPO investing carries risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
4. Your decisions are your own.
IPO Advisor does not place orders, connect to any broker, or execute any transaction. Every decision to apply for, buy, hold, or sell any security is entirely yours. You should consider consulting a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions.
5. No liability.
IPO Advisor is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Quant is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its information.
6. Accuracy and availability.
We work to present accurate, current information, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
7. Changes.
We may update these terms; the revised date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
